Grecco has written and recorded music for several television series, including: Dawson's Creek, Jack and Bobby, Everwood and Brothers and Sisters. He has recorded with film composers such as Gustavo Santaolalla, James Newton Howard, Marcelo Zavros and Blake Neely for films such as Miami Vice, RV, First Daughter, Flaming Hot and Woman on Top.
All These Things, his first album as a soloist, was chosen among the 10 best Latin albums of 2014 by the critic of the Los Angeles Times and the Rolling Stones magazine, Ernesto Lechner. He also received a nomination for the Açorianos de Brasil Award, in the category of Best Instrumentalist.
Grecco has participated in the SOFAR Sounds Project in Brazil and England, has performed with Maria Gadú in the United States, in the Trova International Festival 2018, the FIM PRO Music Fair, in Mexico and on tour in Latin America. His album has been featured as part of In-Flight Entertainment (Entretenimiento a Bordo) by American Airlines and KLUX's Brazilian Hour, KPFK Los Angeles Global Village and KCSN Latin Alternative.
Só Palavras is his first book and it is a collection of poems organized during the pandemic and released together with the album Sem Palavras, 10 instrumental songs written along his career, recorded for the first time during 2023. The book and album both reflect a minimalist aesthetic and a unique voice.
